Tree Donation Form

Please fill out the below form if you would like to donate money towards a tree to be planted on public lands in remembrance, observance or acknowledgement of a special event or purpose. The amount of donation is unrestricted and a donation reciept will be issued for any amount exceeding $20.00. Please note a plaque can be added at an additonal fee of $20.00. Please note that the Town will not be responsible for the replacement of any damaged or missing plaques when installed along the trail. All donations are being allocated to the newly established Meadowridge Park Natural Area. The natural area will be 30,000 square feet in size, and will host trees and shurbs natural to the local area.

The Town will also be installing a trail throughout the natural area, allowing donors to experience the memoriam forest. Each donor has the option of requesting a plaque for the trail markers that will be installed along the interior trail.
