Special Events- Temporary Road/Lane/Sidewalk Occupancy Application and Permit Form

(Social, Recreational, Athletic and Community)

If you are hosting a special event or display that will in some way obstruct, occupy or close the Town's Right of Way (road, lane, sidewalk or boulevard) a road occupancy approval is required.

The purpose of this form is to collect all relevant information related to the intended obstruction, occupation and closure. Please complete the form to the best of your abilities.

Upon receipt of the form, Town Staff will review the request.
